Last Thursday, we were invited to the Gilt City Seattle launch party hosted at Rover’s. The night was lovely. Chef Thierry Rautureau greeted guests. There were 4 stations of French delicacies and wines. We were given swag bags actually worth keeping, including a spice rub from Thierry Rautureau and Theo chocolate.
Despite being a bit crowded and bottlenecked, it was a fantastic evening filled with great food, wine, and fashion. Here are some of our favorite looks from the event. We are excited to see what comes of Gilt City as it gains some footing in The Emerald City.
